The Pirkkala parish cemetery has used MolokClassic containers with great success for a long time. The new light-colored church landscape found a seamless fit with the style and color shades of MolokDomino containers. Neat and tidy waste management is one part of the parish’s effort towards a Church environmental diploma.

-       Effective sorting is a key part of the parish waste management and also a prerequisite when seeking the environmental diploma. The MolokDomino collection possibilities with adjustable sections for recycling succeeds very well and we can prepare for plastic recycling starting next year, says the parish gardener Elina Vanhatalo.

-       Recently installed in the new church environment, the two MolokDomino groups are a really elegant solution, with which we are very satisfied. The beige cladding fits seamlessly into our church color scheme, adds Vanhatalo.

Renewed cladding extends service life

The cemetery of Pirkkala’s idyllic old church has used seven MolokClassic containers for over a decade. The church recently decided to change the appearance of the containers by replacing the original impregnated wood cladding with green recycled plastic board.

-       The exchange of cladding for a single container takes less than two hours and they were all ready in a couple of days, the result is a like new appearance,” tells installer Markku Hiitelä.

For the future, the parish is also planning the modernization of the container lids.
